This post shows you how to create contact groups in iCloud and easily send emails and texts to lists of people using your iOS device. If you’re like me, there are groups of people that you send texts and emails to all the time. It used to be that every time I needed to contact a given group I had to type each of their names individually into the To: field in the Messages app or my favorite email app. However, I recently discovered an easy way to create groups of contacts and quickly send them messages all at once in Continue Reading →

How to view music by Artist/Album in iOS 7

The Music App underwent some significant changes in iOS 7. A lot of these changes were great: Apple introduced a sleek new design and integrated iTunes Radio right into the new version of the app. However, Apple also removed a key navigational feature, sorting by Artist/Album. However, I’ve found a way to re-enable this view. This post shows a trick to view music by Artist/Album in iOS 7. Here’s how the Music app worked in iOS 6 and earlier: When using the Artist tab you would tap on an artist (U2, for example) and the app would then display a list Continue Reading →

Get the best 2Do app out there and check your Todo App search off your list

One of my favorite productivity apps is called “2Do”. It is an incredible todo list app that seamlessly syncs with iCloud and the built in “Reminders” app. This app has a ton of features but I will summarize a few here so you can get an idea of how useful this tool can be. First of all, this app is a Universal app which means that you only have to buy one app that works on both the iPad and the iPhone (and iPod Touch). And again, with iCloud, it can seamlessly syncs with all your iOS devices. Once installed, Continue Reading →
